TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter – the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods from this online store.2. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after forming a shopping cart in the online store, pays for the products or selects cash on delivery and receives an order confirmation via email.
3. PROTECTION OF BUYER'S DATA
All information regarding personal data is collected for the purpose of:
Processing orders for goods or services;
Resolving issues related to the presentation or delivery of goods;
Fulfilling other contractual obligations.
4. BUYER'S RIGHTS (RETURNS)
The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the Store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement by notifying the Seller at the email address info@topbaterii.ro within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the goods.
No questions asked or forms to fill out!
Money is returned to the Buyer's account within 7 business days.
A Buyer who wishes to return a quality product bears the shipping costs.
The returned product must be securely packaged and must not have lost its commercial appearance.
5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
The Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods and receive them according to the established procedure.
The Buyer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of login data.
If the data provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer has the obligation to update it immediately.
6. RIGHTS OF THE SELLER
The Seller reserves the right to terminate the provision of services without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to harm the store's operations.
The Seller has the right to cancel the order if the Buyer does not pay the invoice within 3 (three) business days.
In the event that an erroneous product price appears in the online store due to system errors, the Seller has the right to cancel the order, informing the Buyer in advance.
7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the indicated address.
If, due to significant circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the ordered product, they undertake to offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the money will be returned within 7 (seven) business days.
8. OTHER CONDITIONS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disagreements shall be settled amicably. If an agreement is not reached, disputes will be resolved according to the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

9. MANAGEMENT OF WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE)
The user has the responsibility not to dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) together with unsorted household waste. These must be handed over to specialized collection points. To find the nearest collection point for used batteries and electronic equipment in Romania, please consult the interactive map provided by the Environ Association:
