I. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY AND TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
1. How do I know if the battery/charger will fit my computer? The best way is to check not only the computer model but also the
code on the old battery or charger (e.g., "J1KND", "PA-1650-02"). Enter this code into the search bar on our website. If you are unsure, send a photo of the old part to us at
info@topbaterii.ro – we will select the correct one for you.
2. Will a higher capacity (mAh/Wh) battery damage my computer? Definitely not. A higher capacity (e.g., 5200mAh instead of 4400mAh) simply means the computer will run longer without a cord. It’s like a larger fuel tank in a car – it doesn't hurt the engine; you just travel further.
3. My old battery's voltage is 10.8V, and yours is 11.1V. Is it compatible? Yes, it is. 10.8V and 11.1V (as well as 14.4V and 14.8V) are the same parameters; different manufacturers just label them differently. They are fully compatible. However, if the difference is large (e.g., 10.8V vs. 14.8V), then the batteries will not fit.
4. Are these original batteries? We sell high-quality equivalents (replacements). They are manufactured in the same factories using identical cells (elements), so the quality is on par with the originals, while the price is 3–4 times better.
5. How do I properly start using a new battery? Upon receiving a new battery, we recommend charging it to 100% and then using the computer without the cord until the battery discharges to about 10–15%. Repeat this cycle 2–3 times. This "awakens" the chemical elements for maximum performance.
II. ORDERING, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
6. Do you have the items in stock? Yes! All items marked as "In Stock" on the website are held in our warehouse in Romania. You won't have to wait weeks – we ship on the same or next business day.
7. I need the shipment urgently; what can you offer? For urgent deliveries, we use express courier services that deliver within 24-48 hours throughout Romania.
8. How can I pay? You can pay via online banking, bank transfer according to the invoice, or by cash/card upon receiving the goods (if you choose the courier service with COD - Cash on Delivery).
9. I didn't receive an invoice; where can I find it? Invoices are automatically sent to the email address you provided immediately after the order is processed. Please check your "Spam/Junk" folder. If you cannot find it, write to us, and we will resend it.
10. Is TOP Baterija a VAT payer? Yes, we are a VAT payer in the European Union. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.
III. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
11. What should I do if I bought a product but the model didn't fit? No problem. We provide a 30-day return guarantee. If the product shows no signs of use, just write to us – we will exchange it for the correct one or refund your money.
12. What is the warranty period? All batteries and chargers are covered by a 24-month warranty. We stand by the quality of our products.
